Farbish K2 is an oral bone health supplement containing Calcium 1250 mg + Calcitriol 0.25mcg + Menaquinone 45 mcg. Farbish K2 is used to prevent and treat calcium deficiency and weak bones. To reduce stomach irritation, it is often better to take it after food. Avoid taking more than prescribed, as too much calcium or vitamin D can be harmful. Avoid taking Farbish K2 with the following medicines, as it may increase or decrease the desired effect, or in worse cases, it could be fatal:
Avoid taking Farbish K2 with tea, coffee, excess fiber, spinach, and very high-phytate foods around the same time because they may reduce calcium absorption. It is best taken with water and after food for better absorption and to reduce stomach upset.

➡️ Calcium deficiency can cause weak bones, muscle cramps, body pain, tingling, weakness, brittle nails, and in severe cases bone thinning or osteoporosis.
➡️ Menaquinone (vitamin K2) usually has very few side effects when taken in normal doses. Rarely, it may cause stomach upset, nausea, diarrhea, or loss of appetite. The most important caution is that it can interact with blood thinners like warfarin.
➡️ Menaquinone (vitamin K2) deficiency can cause easy bruising, bleeding, slow blood clotting, weak bones, and increased risk of bone thinning. Severe vitamin K deficiency is rare in adults, but it can happen in people with poor absorption, long-term antibiotics, liver problems, or poor diet.
