Glynase Mf Tablet is an oral medicine belonging to the category of antidiabetic drugs and is used for the management of type 2 Diabetes mellitus.
Glynase Mf Tablet works by tackling type 2 diabetes from two different angles to help control high blood sugar. A compound called Glipizide signals the pancreas to release more insulin, while another compound called metformin helps the body use insulin better and reduces extra sugar made by the liver. So, both control and maintain the blood glucose levels in a steady state.
📌 Pregnancy
The safety of the Glynase Mf Tablet combination in pregnancy is not established. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to conceive.
📌 Breastfeeding
Glynase Mf Tablet passes into breast milk and can cause a fall in a baby’s blood glucose levels, leading to irritability and weakness. Consult your healthcare provider about whether to continue breastfeeding or Glynase Mf Tablet.
