Acekay Sera Tablet is an oral combination medicine used to relieve pain, swelling, and inflammation in conditions such as muscle pain, joint pain, back pain, toothache, injury pain, post-surgery pain, and arthritis. Aceclofenac helps reduce pain and inflammation, Paracetamol helps reduce pain and fever, and Serratiopeptidase helps reduce swelling and supports healing.
It is best taken after food to reduce stomach irritation, and alcohol should be avoided because it may increase the risk of stomach problems and liver damage. People allergic to painkillers, stomach ulcer, liver or kidney disease, heart problems, asthma triggered by painkillers, or bleeding disorders should not take this medicine without a doctor’s advice.

Acekay Sera Tablet is an oral tablet belonging to the category of pain killer. Acekay Sera Tablet is used for the following indications:
This medicine works by reducing pain, inflammation, and swelling through different actions. Aceclofenac blocks the production of pain, swelling and inflammation chemical known as prostaglandins. Paracetamol helps reduce pain and fever by acting on the brain’s pain and temperature control center. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme that helps break down inflammatory proteins and reduce fluid build-up in swollen tissues, which helps decrease swelling and improves healing. Together, this combination gives better relief in conditions where pain + inflammation + swelling are present.

If you forget to take your medicine, take the medication as soon as you remember. If it’s nearly time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue with your regular schedule. Always consult the doctor before making any changes to your dosage.

It is not recommended to take this combination more than the prescribed dose by doctor, as it may cause severe overdose symptoms like nausea, vomiting, headache, tremors, restlessness, and rapid heartbeat.
