Maxtra P Ds Syrup is an oral combination medicine that acts as a pain reliever, decongestant and antihistamine. This medicine is used to prevent and treat conditions like:
Maxtra P Ds Syrup works by combining three actions in one medicine. Paracetamol reduces fever and pain, making you feel more comfortable. Phenylephrine clears a blocked nose by shrinking swollen blood vessels, while Chlorpheniramine blocks histamine, which helps reduce sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes. Together, they relieve common cold, flu, and allergy symptoms effectively.
📌 Allergy/hypersensitivity
Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to Maxtra P Ds Syrup, as it may cause rash, itching, swelling, or difficulty breathing.
📌 Pregnancy or Breastfeeding
Only take if prescribed by a doctor, as some ingredients may not be safe in pregnancy or breastfeeding.
📌 Heart or Blood Pressure Problems
People with high blood pressure, heart disease, or irregular heartbeat should avoid it because Phenylephrine can raise blood pressure and strain the heart.

Do not take Maxtra P Ds Syrup more than the prescribed dose per day. Seek immediate medical attention if any of these occur.
