Dicloflam Sp. It is used to relieve pain, swelling, and inflammation in conditions such as joint pain, muscle pain, back pain, toothache, sports injuries, arthritis, and post-surgical pain and swelling.
Diclofenac reduces pain and inflammation, while serratiopeptidase helps reduce swelling and promotes healing. It is best taken before or after food to reduce stomach irritation. Alcohol should be avoided because it may increase the risk of stomach problems and bleeding. People with allergies to painkillers, stomach ulcers, liver or kidney disease, heart disease, bleeding disorders, or asthma triggered by painkillers should not take this medicine without a doctor’s advice.

Dicloflam Sp is used to treat the following conditions:
Dicloflam Sp work by reducing pain, swelling, and inflammation. Diclofenac blocks the production of prostaglandins, which are chemicals responsible for pain and inflammation. Serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme that breaks down inflammatory proteins and helps reduce swelling and fluid buildup at the affected site. Together, they provide effective relief from pain and inflammation while promoting faster recovery.
📌 Allergy/Hypersentivity
People allergic to Dicloflam Sp or any of its ingredients are not recommended to take this medicine as it may cause serious allergic reactions such as rash, swelling, or breathing difficulty.

📌 Daily dose
Take Dicloflam Sp exactly as your doctor recommends. The dose may change based on your condition and how well you respond. Do not take more than prescribed without consulting your doctor.
📌 Missed Dose

📌 Overdose
It is not recommended to take more than the prescribed dose of Dicloflam Sp, as overdose may cause severe stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, stomach bleeding, breathing difficulty, kidney problems, or liver damage.

➡️ Diclofenac works by blocking cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, which reduces the production of prostaglandins responsible for pain, inflammation, and swelling.
➡️ Diclofenac belongs to the class of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), which help reduce pain, inflammation, and swelling.
➡️ Serratiopeptidase may cause nausea, vomiting, stomach discomfort, diarrhea, loss of appetite, skin rash, itching, and in rare cases, allergic reactions or increased risk of bleeding.
➡️ Serratiopeptidase works by breaking down inflammatory proteins at the affected site, which helps reduce swelling, decrease pain, and promote faster healing.
➡️ Serratiopeptidase belongs to the class of proteolytic enzymes (anti-inflammatory enzyme agents).
➡️ Serratiopeptidase is not generally recommended during pregnancy due to limited safety data. It should be used only if clearly prescribed by a doctor after assessing the benefits and risks.
