Zymol Th4 is used to relieve pain, swelling, and muscle stiffness in conditions like back pain, arthritis, and muscle spasms. Aceclofenac reduces inflammation, while thiocolchicoside relaxes muscles. Common side effects include stomach pain, acidity, dizziness, and drowsiness. Avoid this medicine if you have ulcers, liver, kidney, heart, or seizure problems, or if you are pregnant. The usual dose is one tablet twice daily after food. Overdose may cause vomiting, black stools, seizures, or extreme drowsiness, seek immediate medical help if this happens.

Zymol Th4 is an oral medicine. Zymol Th4 is useful to treat pain caused due to muscle spasms in conditions like:
Aceclofenac reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins, which are chemicals responsible for triggering these symptoms. Thiocolchicoside works on the central nervous system to relax muscles and ease spasms. Combined, they offer effective relief from pain, muscle stiffness, and discomfort.
📌 Allergy/Hypersensitivity
If you have previously had an allergy to this medicine, inform your doctor.
📌 Pregnancy
Thiocolchicoside may harm the fetus and affect fertility. Aceclofenac may also pose risks during pregnancy. Do not take this medicine if you are pregnant, planning to conceive, or breastfeeding.
📌 Liver disease
This combination may increase liver enzyme levels and worsen existing liver conditions. Avoid this medicine if you have liver disease or abnormal liver function.
📌 Kidney Disease

📌 Seizures or Epilepsy

📌 Daily dose

It is not recommended to take more than 200 mg of aceclofenac and 16 mg thiocolchicoside per day, as it may cause severe overdosing effects like seizures, drowsiness, confusion, severe stomach pain, vomiting, black stools, low blood pressure, irregular heartbeat, jaundice, and reduced urine output. Seek immediate medical attention if any of these symptoms occur.
