Mega Flexon Tablet is used to treat moderate to severe pain, musculoskeletal pain, and relieve pain after surgery or injury. Paracetamol acts as an analgesic and antipyretic, and Tramadol is an opioid analgesic that relieves moderate to severe pain by acting on opioid receptors and altering the way the brain perceives pain.
