This Pain relief gel is used to treat conditions following conditions:
Kola Gel works by multiple mechanisms. Diclofenac reduces pain and inflammation by blocking chemicals (prostaglandins) responsible for pain and swelling. Methyl salicylate and menthol act as counter-irritants, creating a cooling and warming sensation that distracts from deeper pain. Linseed oil helps improve blood circulation and supports healing of the affected area. Together, they provide effective local pain relief.
📌 Allergic Reaction
If you are allergic to Kola Gel , you should avoid it because it can cause serious allergic reactions like rash, itching, swelling, or breathing problems. Always communicate with your doctor before use.
📌 Broken or Damaged Skin
Do not apply pain gel on cuts, wounds, or infected skin, as it can worsen irritation and increase absorption.
📌 Asthma or NSAID Sensitivity
If you have asthma or are sensitive to painkillers like diclofenac, consult your doctor before use, as it may trigger breathing problems.
📌 Pregnancy
If you are pregnant or planning pregnancy, consult your doctor before using this pain gel.
📌 Breastfeeding

This is a topical medicine, so it does not have significant interaction with food.
Avoid taking Kola Gel with the following medicines, as it may increase or decrease the desired effect, or in worse cases, it could be fatal:
IUPAC (International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry) Name
Diclofenac: 2-[2-(2,6-dichloroanilino)phenyl]acetic acid

Methyl salicylate: Methyl 2-hydroxybenzoate

Menthol: 5-methyl-2-propan-2-ylcyclohexan-1-ol

📌 Daily Dose
Apply the pain relief gel whenever you feel pain.
📌 Overdose
It is not recommended to apply this medicine in excess amounts or more frequently than prescribed. Overuse may lead to severe skin irritation, redness, burning sensation, or peeling of the skin.
➡️ The common name of Methyl Salicylate is Oil of Wintergreen.
➡️ Methyl Salicylate may cause side effects mainly at the application site such as skin irritation, redness, burning or stinging sensation, itching, rash, and dryness. In some cases, it can cause allergic reactions like swelling or severe rash. If used in large amounts or over broken skin, it may get absorbed into the body and cause serious effects like nausea, vomiting, dizziness, or salicylate toxicity. Always use as directed and avoid overuse
➡️ Linseed oil (also called flaxseed oil) has several benefits. It helps reduce inflammation (swelling and pain), supports faster healing of muscles and tissues, and improves blood circulation at the application site. It also helps soothe the skin, reduces stiffness in joints, and enhances the overall pain-relieving effect when used in topical medicines.
➡️ Linseed oil (flaxseed oil) is beneficial for hair in many ways. It helps nourish the scalp, reduce dryness and dandruff, and improve hair hydration. It strengthens hair roots, which may reduce hair fall and breakage. The omega-3 fatty acids present in it support healthier and shinier hair. It can also help improve hair texture, reduce frizz, and promote overall hair growth when used regularly.
➡️ Diclofenac gel is used on the skin to relieve pain and swelling. It helps with sore or stiff muscles, sprains or strains, joint pain from aging or wear-and-tear, back pain, and mild aches after exercise or activity.
➡️ Diclofenac gel is usually safe, but some people may get redness, itching, burning, or dry skin where it is applied. Rarely, it can cause rash, swelling, blisters, or an allergic reaction. If severe reactions like swelling, blistering, or trouble breathing happen, stop using it and see a doctor immediately.
➡️ Diclofenac gel works by reducing chemicals in the body that cause pain and swelling. When applied to sore muscles, stiff joints, or injured areas, it helps ease discomfort, reduces swelling, and makes the area feel more comfortable.
