This drug contain Quinol 2 % + mometasone 0.1 % + tretinoin 0.025 %.

Quinol 2 % + mometasone 0.1 % + tretinoin 0.025 %. is works by : Hydroquinone is a skin lightening agent that works by decreasing the amount of melanin that is responsible for the darkening of the skin.,,Mometasone is a corticosteroid that acts inside skin cells and inhibits the release of certain chemical messengers in the body that cause redness, itching and swelling.,,Tretinoin belongs to the class of retinoids that works by increasing the renewal of skin cells which helps in natural exfoliation of skin’s outer layers

Melasma

Quinol 2 % + mometasone 0.1 % + tretinoin 0.025 % is used to treat melasma (dark brown patch on skin).

Skin pain,,Acne,,Redness, irritation, burning, itching or stinging sensation of the skin

Warning : Avoid direct exposure of sunlight always apply sun protection lotion or cream because this cream may make the skin more sensitive to sunlight and cause sunburn.

Drug-Drug Interaction: Quinol 2 % + mometasone 0.1 % + tretinoin 0.025 % is may interact with photosensitizing agents: aminolevulinic acid, porfirmer, verteporfin,,topical antibiotics: benzoyl peroxide,,retinoids: isotretinoin,,psoralens methoxsalen,,sensitizer: methyl aminolevulinate,,antiseptic: resorcinol,,keratolytic agents: salicylic acid, sulfur.&& Drug-Disease Interaction: Conform your doctor before using Quinol 2 % + mometasone 0.1 % + tretinoin 0.025 % if you have a sulfite allergy,,asthma,,redness,,acne,,skin thinning,,perioral dermatitis: redness and swelling of the skin around the mouth,,genital itching,,chickenpox,,diabetes,,cold sores, ulcerated skin, warts, shingles: a viral infection causing painful rash,,eczema itchy, swelling of the skin or any other skin condition.

Avoid applying Quinol 2 % + mometasone 0.1 % + tretinoin 0.025 % ointment on sunburns, lesions, blisters and open wounds.

Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or planning for baby and if you have a breast feeding baby , but should be taken only after consulting a doctor.

Store this medicine at room temperature, away from sunlight and moisture.

The cream should be applied in a thin layer and gently massaged into the skin.
