About Clopidogrel 75 mg + Aspirin 150 mg

Clopidogrel 75 mg + Aspirin 150 mg tablet is an antiplatelet medicine. It is commonly prescribed in certain heart and blood vessel conditions, such as heart attack (acute coronary syndrome), or after certain coronary stent procedures.

This medicine contains two active ingredients: clopidogrel and aspirin. Both medicines reduce the ability of platelets to stick together and form blood clots. By working together, they help reduce the risk of blood-vessel blockage and certain cardiovascular events.

Common side effects include easy bruising, nosebleeds, stomach discomfort, indigestion, diarrhea, and headache. The most important risk is bleeding, which can occasionally be serious.

Taking more than the recommended dose may increase the risk of excessive bleeding, stomach irritation, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, or other serious complications. Seek immediate medical attention if an overdose is suspected.
