Glemont A Tablet Sr rota caps are a combination medicine used to help open the airways and reduce inflammation in the lungs in the following conditions:
Acebrophylline relaxes the muscles around your airways and helps clear mucus, making it easier to breathe. Montelukast reduces swelling and inflammation caused by allergies or asthma triggers. Together, they help open the airways, reduce wheezing, coughing, and shortness of breath, and prevent asthma or COPD flare-ups.

Acebrophylline may increase heart rate or cause irregular heartbeat check with your doctor before taking it.
📌 High blood pressure
The medicine may make your blood pressure worse talk to your doctor for guidance.

Montelukast: sodium 2-[1-[[(1R)-1-[3-[(E)-2-(7-chloroquinolin-2-yl) ethenyl] phenyl]-3-[2-(2-hydroxypropan-2-yl) phenyl] propyl] sulfonylmethyl] cyclopropyl] acetate
