Ostan 25mg Tablet is an oral medicine belonging to the class of angiotensinogen receptor blocker (ARB) medicines. It is used for following indications:
Angiotensin is a protein that acts as a key, and the AT1 receptor is the lock. When angiotensin II attaches to the AT1 receptor, it triggers the constriction of smooth blood vessels, leading to hypertension. Ostan 25mg Tablet acts as a barrier by inhibiting the binding of angiotensin II to the AT1 receptor, thereby reducing blood pressure.
📌 1- Allergy/Hypersensitivity
