This is the combination of two antibiotic drug ie. ceftriaxone 1000 mg + tazobactam 125 mg

Drug drug interaction : Anticoagulants (blood thinners) such as warfarin: Ceftriaxone and tazobactam may increase the risk of bleeding when taken with anticoagulants.,,Probenecid: Ceftriaxone and tazobactam may interact with probenecid, a medication used to treat gout. Probenecid can increase the levels of ceftriaxone in the blood, which may increase the risk of side effects.,,Methotrexate: Ceftriaxone and tazobactam may interact with methotrexate, a medication used to treat cancer and rheumatoid arthritis. Ceftriaxone and tazobactam may increase the levels of methotrexate in the blood, which may increase the risk of side effects.,,Diuretics (water pills): Ceftriaxone and tazobactam may interact with diuretics, which are medications used to remove excess fluid from the body. Ceftriaxone and tazobactam may decrease the effectiveness of diuretics.

Drug food interaction :There are no known significant drug-food interactions for ceftriaxone 1000 mg + tazobactam 125 mg. However, it is recommended to take the medication on an empty stomach or at least 2 hours before or after a meal. Additionally, patients should avoid taking this medication with dairy products, as they may decrease the absorption of the drug. It is also important to inform your healthcare provider of any other medications, vitamins, or supplements you are taking, as they may interact with ceftriaxone + tazobactam.

Drug disease interaction : People with a history of allergic reactions to beta-lactam antibiotics (such as penicillins or cephalosporins) may also have an allergic reaction to ceftriaxone and tazobactam.,,People with kidney disease may have an increased risk of developing kidney problems while taking ceftriaxone and tazobactam. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Stopping it early may make the infection harder to treat.

Do regular exercise such as cyclingbody walkingbody joggingbody dancing or swimming for a minimum of 30 minutes per day. Invest at least 150 minutes of your week in exercise.Avoid consumption of alcohol and quit smoking.

Keep the medication in a cool, dry place, away from light and moisture.
