Xylometazoline is works by easing the inflammation and blocking of nasal passages by narrowing the blood vessels and provide relief from nasal congestion and blockage.

Drug-Drug Interactions : Xylometazoline may interact with different drugs like antidepressants: amitriptyline,isocarboxazid,phenelzine,selegiline,tranylcypromine,moclobemide,, Antibiotics: linezolid,,Antiparkinson: rasagiline, safinamide.

Drug food interaction: During intake of Xylometazoline please Avoid cold foods and drinks to ease your nasal congestion.

Drug-Disease Interactions: Xylometazoline is may conntraindicated with glaucoma (an eye problem), high blood pressure, diabetes, and thyroid disorder.

Know your triggers like allergens, such as pollen, dust and food items that make your asthma severe.,,avoid smoking. Smoking also reduces the effectiveness of xylometazoline.
