This drug contain voglibose 0.3 mg ie an antidiabetic drug.

Voglibose 0.3 mg tablets works inhibiting the intestinal enzymes responsible for breaking complex sugars into simple sugars like glucose. Thereby, it helps in preventing blood glucose levels from rising immediately after meals.

Do regular exercise such as cycling, walking, jogging, dancing or swimming for a minimum of 30 minutes per day. Drug -food interaction : Avoid alcohol consumption while taking Voglibose-0.3 Tablet 10's as it causes unpleasant side effects. Drug-disease interaction : Inform your doctor if you have diabetic ketoacidosis, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), intestinal ulcer or partial intestinal obstructions, disorders of digestion or absorption, with conditions that may deteriorate as a result of increased gas formation in the intestine.

You are recommended to avoid alcohol consumption while taking Voglibose-0.3 mgTablet o prevent unpleasant side-effects.Voglibose 0.3 Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. voglibose 0.3 tablet is safe during breastfeeding.

You can Monitor your blood sugar level with a glucometer regularly while you are taking this medicine. Your doctor may check your liver function regularly. Inform your doctor if you develop symptoms such as abdominal pain, loss of appetite, or yellowing of the eyes or skin (jaundice).Tell your doctor immediately if you experience any deep or rapid breathing or if you have persistent nausea, vomiting, and stomach pain as Glimepiride + Metformin may cause a rare but serious condition called lactic acidosis, which is an excess of lactic acid in the blood.
