This is the combination of drug use as an antacids ie Magaldrate 540 mg + simethicone 50 mg + oxetacaine 10 mg.

This is the combination of three drugs and this works by different mechanism of actions ie Magaldrate works by neutralising excess stomach acid. Simethicone works by decreasing gas bubbles' surface tension, thereby facilitating gas expulsion through flatus or belching (burping). It also prevents the accumulation and formation of gas in the digestive tract. Oxetacaine exerts a numbing effect, thereby provides relief from pain due to ulcers or acidic injury in the stomach.

Warning : Inform your doctor if you have appendicitis, blockage of the bowel, rectal bleeding, kidney problems; if you are on a low-magnesium diet.

Drug-Drug Interactions:Magaldrate 540 mg + simethicone 50 mg + oxetacaine 10 mg is may interact with anti-hypertensive: ramipril,,hormone: levothyroxine,, anti-convulsant: phenytoin,,antacids: aluminium hydroxide,, magnesium hydroxide.

Drug-Food Interactions: During intake of Magaldrate 540 mg + simethicone 50 mg + oxetacaine 10 mg please avoid smoking and alcohol consumption. Alcohol intake leads to increased production of stomach acid, thereby increasing acidity and heartburn.

Drug-Disease Interactions: Inform your doctor if you have kidney dysfunction.

Avoid spicy,fried and oily food.Avoid sitting continously for long time, it leads to indigestion or increase acid secretion.

Talk to your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant or if you are a breastfeed mother.

Store this medicine at room temperature, away from sunlight and moisture.
