This is the combination of two drugs used as antacids ie. Magaldrate 400 mg + simethicone 20 mg.

Magaldrate is works by neutralising excess stomach acid. Simethicone is works by decreasing the surface tension of gas bubbles.

Acidity,,bloating,,indigestion,,heartburn,,gas.

Magaldrate 400 mg + simethicone 20 mg antacids and anti-ulcerants used to treat acidity, bloating, indigestion, heartburn, and gas.

Constipation,,Diarrhoea,,Intestinal pain

Warning : Consult your doctor , if You appendicitis, blockage of the bowel, rectal bleeding, kidney problems; if you are on a low-magnesium diet.

Drug-Drug Interactions: Magaldrate 400 mg + simethicone 20 mg may have interaction with anti-hypertensive: Ramipril,,hormone levothyroxine,,anti-convulsant: phenytoin,,antacids: aluminium hydroxide,magnesium hydroxide.

Drug-Food Interactions: Please avoid alcohol consumption during intake of magaldrate 400 mg + simethicone 20 mg. Alcohol intake leads to increased production of stomach acid, thereby increasing acidity and heartburn. Avoid foods such as high-fat food, spicy food, chocolates, citrus fruits, pineapple, tomato, onion, garlic, tea and soda.

Drug-Disease Interaction: Before intake of magaldrate 400 mg + simethicone 20 mg ,Consult your doctor if you have kidney dysfunction.

Avoid spicy,fried and oily food.Avoid sitting continously for long time, it leads to indigestion or increase acid secretion.

Talk to your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant or if you are a breastfeed mother.

Store this medicine at room temperature, away from sunlight and moisture.

Shake the bottle well before use.,,Measure the appropriate dosage using a measuring spoon or syringe.,,Take the medication orally, with or without food.
