This is the combination of drugs ie Aluminum hydroxide 250 mg + magnesium hydroxide 250 mg + activated dimethicone 50 mg.

Aluminium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide works by neutralising excess stomach acid. Activated dimethicone works by decreasing the surface tension of gas bubbles, thereby facilitating gas expulsion through flatus or burping. It also prevents the accumulation and formation of gas in the digestive tract.

Drug drug interaction : Aluminum hydroxide 250 mg + magnesium hydroxide 250 mg + activated dimethicone 50 mg may have interaction with aspirin,antibiotics ciprofloxacin,anti-asthma albuterol, ipratropium, anti-diabetic :glipizide, and vitamins C & D.

Drug food interaction : Avoid consuming of alcohol during intake of antacids because it leads to increased stomach acid production,or increase the acidity and heartburn.

Drug disease interaction : Avoid intake of aluminium hydroxide 250 mg + magnesium hydroxide 250 mg and activated dimethicone 50 mg tablets if you have constipation, IBS (inflammatory bowel disease) , intestinal obstruction disorder, and kidney dysfunction.

Take the missed dose as soon as you remember it. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed oneTake a fiber-rich diet, avoid oily or spicy food and drink plenty of fluids while taking it to make sure you stay hydrated.

Inform you doctor before taking aluminum hydroxide 250 mg + magnesium hydroxide 250 mg + activated dimethicone 50 mg if you are pregnant or if you are having breastfeeding baby.

Store this medicine at room temperature, away from sunlight and moisture.
