acetaminophen 325 mg + dicyclomine 20 mg is a combination of medicine used in the treatment of abdominal pain. It works to reduce abdominal pain and cramps by relaxing the muscles of the stomach and gut. It also blocks certain chemical messengers that cause pain and fever.

Warning : If you notice diarrhea during intake of medicine you should stop taking it and ask your doctor.Do not take it with any other medicine containing paracetamol without asking your doctor first. Avoid taking alcohol while intake of medicine as it can cause excessive drowsiness and increase your risk of stomach problems.

Drug drug interaction : Acetaminophen 325 mg + dicyclomine 20 mg may interact with cholesterol-lowering drugs, anti-emetic (domperidone), anti-HIV drugs zidovudine, blood thinners, corticosteroids,antihypertensive drug , drugs to lower organ rejection (tacrolimus), anti-cancer or anti-arthritis drugs (methotrexate),urinary alkalinizer (potassium citrate), and potassium supplements.

Drug food interaction : Consuming alcohol may affect the effects of acetominophen and dicyclomine in body . Alcohol cause major side effects of acetaminophen and dicyclomine . Avoid caffiene drink during intake of this tablet.

Drug Disease interaction : Acetaminophen 325 mg + dicyclomine 20 mg may contraindicated with liver disease, bleeding disorder, urinary tract infection (UTI),hypertension.

Take the missed dose as soon as you remember it. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed oneTake a fiber-rich diet, avoid oily or spicy food and drink plenty of fluids while taking it to make sure you stay hydrated.
