This drug contain Salmeterol 0.05 mg + fluticasone 0.25 mg.

Salmeterol and fluticasone is used to treat and prevent respiratory disorders like asthma attacks and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD).,,Salmeterol relaxes the muscles in the airways and increases airflow to the lungs.,,Fluticasone acts by blocking prostaglandins production that cause inflammation of the airways.

Warning: Before intaking of fluticasone and salmeterol, consult your doctor if have a history of heart/liver/kidney diseases,,high levels of cortisol,,eye disorders like cataracts and glaucoma,,seizure,,osteoporosis (weak and brittle bones),,diabetes.

Drug-Drug Interaction: Salmeterol 0.05 mg + fluticasone 0.25 mg may interact with diuretics: furosemide,,corticosteroids: budesonide,,bronchodilators: vilanterol, formoterol, albuterol,,respiratory drugs: ipratropium,,Antihypertensive : metoprolol.

Drug-Food Interaction: During intake of Salmeterol 0.05 mg + fluticasone 0.25 mg limit alcohol intake it may cause a rise in blood pressure leading to heart diseases.

Drug-Disease Interaction: Salmeterol 0.05 mg + fluticasone 0.25 mg may contraindicated with allergic reactions to medicines,,heart/liver/kidney diseases,,hyperadrenocorticism,,cataracts,,glaucoma,,hypokalaemia,,fungal,,bacterial, parasitic, or viral infection, and tuberculosis.

Consult your doctor and monitor your blood sugar levels while using Salmeterol 0.05 mg + fluticasone 0.25 mg can cause low blood glucose levels.

Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or planning for baby and if you have a breast feeding baby , but should be taken only after consulting a doctor.

Store this medicine at room temperature, away from sunlight and moisture.

Shake the inhaler well and check the label for directions before using it. Take it daily at the same time to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the body.
