Drug-Drug Interactions: Pyridoxine 10 mg + doxylamine 10 mg + folic acid 2.5 mg. may interact with blood thinners,,monoamine oxidase inhibitors: selegiline, rasagiline,tranylcypromine,,sleeping pills: zolpidem, alprazolam, and triazolam,,pain killer medicines: morphine and methadone,,and anticold :brompheniramine, chlorpheniramine, and diphenhydramine.
Drug-Food Interactions: Do not take alcohol while using Pyridoxine 10 mg + doxylamine 10 mg + folic acid 2.5 mg as it may cause excessive drowsiness. Do not take folate-rich food such as brans and cereal enriched with folic acid while using this medicine.,,Avoid taking greasy or oily foods as this food triggers nausea and vomit.
Drug-Disease Interactions: Pyridoxine 10 mg + doxylamine 10 mg + folic acid 2.5 mg is contraindicated with caution in patients with asthma, glaucoma (increased pressure in the eye), stomach ulcer, blockage in the stomach and small intestine, blockage in the bladder, and vitamin B12 deficiency.
contraindications
If you miss a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not double doses.
