This drug contain Salbutamol 1 mg + Ambroxol 15 mg.

Salbutamol is known as bronchodilators. Salbutamol is works by widening and relaxing the airways of the lungs.,,Ambroxol is an expectorant . Amborxol is works by promotes the secretion of sputum/cough and 'mucolytic agent' to make breathing easier in asthma, and COPD patients who have laboured breathing.

Salbutamol and ambroxol is a respiratory combination drug is used to treat cough caused by respiratory disorders like asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases.

Warning : Before taking Ambroxol and salbutamol ,consult your doctor ,if have a history of heart, liver and kidney diseases or if you have a stomach ulcer, seizure,high blood pressure, diabetes..,,Before taking ambroxol or salbutamol may causes hypokalaemia: low potassium levels in the blood,therefore should be used with caution in patients with bronchospasm.

Drug-Drug Interaction: Ambroxol and salbutamol may interact with respiratory-related medicines: beclomethasone,aminophylline,theophylline,,Antihypertensive: propranolol,,antidepressants: isocarboxazid, phenelzine, clomipramine,,Anti-Parkinson drugs: disease: rasagiline, selegiline,,Diuretics: bendroflumethiazide, indapamide, bumetanide, furosemide,,corticosteroids: betamethasone, prednisolone, triamcinolone,,heart-related drugs (digoxin).

Drug-Food Interaction: During ambroxal and salbutamol avoid Limit alcohol intake since it may cause a rise in blood pressure leading to heart diseases.,,Avoid fatty foods and control your cholesterol and triglyceride levels.

Drug-Disease Interaction: Ambroxol and salbutamol may contraindicated in allergic reactions to medicines,,diabetes,, bronchospasm,,stomach ulcer,seizure,,hypertension,,hyperthyroidism,,epilepsy,heart,liver and kidney diseases before taking ambroxol and salbutamol.

During intake of ambroxol and salbutamol drink plenty of fluids as it h thin mucus and makes it easier to cough out.,,Do meditation, deep breathing, regular exercise and try progressive muscle relaxation techniques to get relief from stress and reduce the risk of an asthma attack.
