This is a drug used in peptic ulcers or acid reflux. ie. Rabeprazole 20 mg + domperidone 10 mg .

Domperidone is a prokinetic which works on the upper digestive tract to increase the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing the food to move more easily through the stomach. Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) which works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in the relief of acid-related indigestion and heartburn.

Rabeprazole and domperidone is a combination used to treat Acid reflux and peptic ulcer disease by relieving the symptoms of acidity such as heartburn, stomach pain, or irritation.

Warning: Consult your doctor right away if you develop decreased urination,edema,lower back pain,nausea,fatigue,and rash or fever. These could be signs of a kidney problem.

Drug-Drug Interactions: Rabeprazole and domperidone is may interact with a blood thinner: clopidogrel, warfarin,,antifungal: ketoconazole,itraconazole, fluconazole,,antacid: magnesium hydroxide, aluminium hydroxide, cimetidine,,iron supplements,,antibiotics:clarithromycin, erythromycin, ampicillin, rifampicin,,cardiac drugs: atropine, digoxin, amiodarone,,Antihypertensive :diltiazem,anti-cancer :methotrexate.

Drug food interaction : If you take rabeprazole and domperidone please avoid spicy and fatty foods .

Drug disease interaction : It may contraindicated disease like colitis,, liver disease,,bone fractures,,low Vitamin B12,, low magnesium.

Rabeprazole and domperidone should be taken one hour before a meal, preferably in the morning.Before taking this medicine, you need to confirm your doctor if you have liver problems.

Talk to your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant or if you are a breastfeed mother.

Store this medicine at room temperature, away from sunlight and moisture.

Swallow the tablets whole, do not crush or chew.,,Follow your doctor's instructions for adjusting your dose.
