Drug-Disease interactions: metformin 500 mg + glimepiride 2 mg + pioglitazone 15 mg should be avoided in patients with heart diseases (congestive heart failure and myocardial infarction), vitamin B12 deficiency, and alcoholism, type I diabetes, bladder cancer, edema (fluid retention), liver disease, premenopausal anovulation, obesity (weight gain), anemia should avoid intake of metformin 500 mg + glimepiride 2 mg + pioglitazone 15 mg 10 tablets.
