Drug drug interaction : Ondansetron may may interact with this drug are: apomorphine, tramadol,,Pimozide,,procainamide,,amiodarone,,quinidine, macrolide antibiotics : erythromycin.

Drug food interaction : Ondansetron may interact with Grapefruit juice often prevents the intestines from processing ondansetron and SSRI medications, causing dangerous levels of serotonin that can result in serotonin syndrome.

Drug disease interaction : if you have any liver problem then inform your doctor for avoiding any side effects.

Take the missed dose as soon as you remember it. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed oneTake a fiber-rich diet, avoid oily or spicy food and drink plenty of fluids while taking it to make sure you stay hydrated.

Talk to your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant. This drug should only be used in pregnancy if clearly needed.,,For women who are breastfeeding: Ondansetron may pass into breast milk and may cause side effects in a child who is breastfed. Talk to your doctor if you breastfeed your child. You may need to decide whether to stop breastfeeding or stop taking ondansetron.
