Drug drug interaction: Pantoprazole 40 mg may interact with a blood thinner clopidogrel,warfarin,,antifungal: ketoconazole,itraconazole, Iron supplements, antibiotic: ampicillin, rifampicin,,heart medicine: digoxin and anti-cancer drug ie. methotrexate . Inform your doctor before taking this medicine.
Drug food interaction : If you take pantoprazole please avoid spicy and fatty foods .
Drug disease interaction : Pantoprazole may interact with disease liver disease, bone fractures,anaemia,low magnesium.
contraindications
Pantoprazole should be taken one hour before a meal, preferably in the morning.Before taking this medicine, you need to confirm your doctor if you have liver problems.
