This is a drug used in peptic ulcers or acid reflux. ie. Domperidone 30 mg + esomeprazole 40 mg.

Esomeprazole works by blocking an enzyme called gastric proton pump, which is responsible for the production of acid Domperidone works by increasing the movements and contractions of stomach muscle.

Esomeprazole and domperidone is a combination used to treat Acid reflux and peptic ulcer disease by relieving the symptoms of acidity such as heartburn, stomach pain, or irritation.

Warning: Consult your doctor right away if you develop decreased urination,edema,lower back pain,nausea,fatigue,and rash or fever. These could be signs of a kidney problem.

Drug drug interaction : Esomeprazole and domperidone may interact with Blood thinner: clopidogrel, warfarin,,Anti-fungal: ketoconazole, itraconazole,fluconazole,,Anti-cancer : erlotinib, toremifene, vandetanib,,Benzodiazepine: diazepam,,anti-convulsant: Phenytoin,,Anti-platelet: Cilostazol,,Antacid: cisapride, dolasetron, prucalopride,,Immunosuppressant Tacrolimus,,Anti-TB: rifampicin,,Antibiotics: Erythromycin, clarithromycin,moxifloxacin,,Hypothyroidism: levothyroxine,,Anti-rheumatoid: Methotrexate,, Anti-depressant : escitalopram,, cardiac glycoside: digoxin,,Anti-malarial,, anti-psychotic :haloperidol, pimozide, sertindole,,anti-arrhythmic: amiodarone,quinidine,,Anti-hypertensives: diltiazem, verapamil.

Drug-Food Interactions: Avoid spicy ,oily and fried food during intake of Pantoprazole and domperidone because spicy and oily food increase acid secretion in stomach.

Drug-Disease Interactions: Esomeprazole and domperidone may contraindicated in colitis, liver disease, bone fractures, low Vitamin B12,,low magnesium.

Esomeprazole and domperidone should be taken one hour before a meal, preferably in the morning.Before taking this medicine, you need to confirm your doctor if you have liver problems.

Talk to your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant or if you are a breastfeed mother.

Store this medicine at room temperature, away from sunlight and moisture.

Swallow the tablets /capsule whole, do not crush or chew.,,Follow your doctor's instructions for adjusting your dose.
