Aluminium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide belong to a group of antacids, whereas oxetacaine belongs to local anaesthetics. Aluminium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide work by neutralising excess stomach acid. Oxetacaine exerts a numbing effect, thereby providing relief from pain due to ulcers or acidic injury in the stomach.

Drug-Drug Interactions: oxetacaine 10 mg + aluminum hydroxide 291 mg + magnesium chloride 98 mg may interact with pain killers: aspirin,,antibiotics : doxycycline,levofloxacin, azithromycin, ciprofloxacin,,anti-asthma: albuterol, ipratropium,,anti-diabetic: glipizide,,Vitamins d3, C .

Drug-Food Interactions: Avoid intaking of citric fruits along with oxetacaine 10 mg + aluminum hydroxide 291 mg + magnesium chloride 98 mg as it might lead to increased serum levels of aluminium. Avoid alcohol intake as it leads to increased production of stomach acid, thereby increasing acidity and heartburn.

Drug-Disease Interactions: Inform your doctor if you have constipation, inflammatory bowel disease, intestinal obstruction disorder, and renal dysfunction.

Consult your doctor if you notice severe diarrhoea or if you find blood in your stools.

Talk to your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant or if you are a breastfeed mother.

Store this medicine at room temperature, away from sunlight and moisture.
