This drug contain Mometasone 0.1%.

Mometasone is that blocks various chemical messengers involved in allergic and non-allergic mediated inflammation.

Skin allergies,,Allergic rhinitis,,Asthma.

Mometasone 0.1 % is known as corticosteroids. Mometasone is used to reduce inflammation, redness and itchiness caused by certain skin problems and allergic symptoms of hay fever and asthma.

Headache,,dry or sore throat,,unpleasant taste and smell,,sneezing,,fungal infection in the mouth,,burning or stinging feeling .

Warning : Inform your doctor is you apply another topical ointment before using mometasone 0.1% cream.

Drug-Drug Interaction: Mometasone 0.1% may interact with steroids: budesonide, fluticasone, beclomethasone,,anti-fungal: ketoconazole,itraconazole,,anti-HIV: ritonavir, cobicistat, atazanavir, saquinavir,,antidepressant:nefazodone.

Drug-Food Interaction: During intake of Mometasone 0.1% this may interact with grapefruit and grapefruit juice. Therefore, avoid intake of grapefruit or its juice with Mometasone 0.1% as it may lead to severe adverse effects.

Drug-Disease Interaction: Mometasone 0.1% is may contraindicated with high blood pressure,,diabetes,,chest or lungs infection,,hyperthyroidism,,glaucoma,,cataracts,, tuberculosis,,heart/liver/adrenal gland problems,,kidney disease.

Mometasone 0.1% should be used for the eye, cut wound or burn.,,Mometasone 0.1% is not recommended for use in the children under the age of 2.

Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or planning for baby and if you have a breast feeding baby , but should be taken only after consulting a doctor.

Store this medicine at room temperature, away from sunlight and moisture.

The cream should be applied in a thin layer and gently massaged into the skin.
