Make sure the area is clean and free from any other creams, lotions, or ointments.,,Shake the bottle: Shake the Mometasone spray bottle well before use to ensure the medication is evenly distributed.,,Apply the spray: Hold the spray bottle upright, a few inches away from the affected area, and spray a thin and even layer of the medication over the affected skin. Do not spray it directly on the face or eyes. If using it on the face, spray it onto your fingers and then apply it carefully to the affected areas.,,Rub it in (if needed): If your healthcare provider advises rubbing the medication in after application, gently and thoroughly massage it into the skin until it is absorbed. However, in some cases, your healthcare provider may advise leaving the medication on the skin without rubbing.,,Wash hands after application: After using the spray, make sure to wash your hands thoroughly to prevent inadvertently spreading the medication to other parts of the body or touching sensitive areas like the eyes.,,Follow the prescribed dosage: Use Mometasone 0.05% spray exactly as prescribed by your healthcare provider. Warning : Inform your doctor is you apply another topical ointment before using mometasone 0.1% cream.

Drug-Drug Interaction: Mometasone 0.05% may interact with steroids: budesonide, fluticasone, beclomethasone,,anti-fungal: ketoconazole,itraconazole,,anti-HIV: ritonavir, cobicistat, atazanavir, saquinavir,,antidepressant:nefazodone.

Drug-Food Interaction: During intake of Mometasone 0.05% this may interact with grapefruit and grapefruit juice. Therefore, avoid intake of grapefruit or its juice with Mometasone 0.05% as it may lead to severe adverse effects.

Drug-Disease Interaction: Mometasone 0.05% is may contraindicated with high blood pressure,,diabetes,,chest or lungs infection,,hyperthyroidism,,glaucoma,,cataracts,, tuberculosis,,heart/liver/adrenal gland problems,,kidney disease.

Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or planning for baby and if you have a breast feeding baby , but should be taken only after consulting a doctor.

Mometasone 0.1% should be used for the eye, cut wound or burn.,,Mometasone 0.1% is not recommended for use in the children under the age of 2.

Store this medicine at room temperature, away from sunlight and moisture.
