Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic agent that reduces spasms and pain by relaxing the muscles and blocking certain chemical messengers in the brain responsible for causing the sensation of pain. On the other hand, Dimethicone is an anti-foaming agent that treats bloating and releases stomach gas more efficiently. Together Dicyclomine 10 mg + activated dimethicone 40 mg helps reduce muscle contractions and pain by acting on the intestine's inner lining, allowing gas bubbles to come together, relieving cramps and spasms.

Warning : Inform your doctor if you have liver or kidney problems. In case you have diarrhoea, consult your doctor before starting to dicyclomine and dimethicone it as it could be harmful. Alcohol intake should be avoided as it may cause excessive drowsiness.

Drug-Drug Interactions: Dicyclomine 10 mg + activated dimethicone 40 mg may interacted with antidepressants: amitriptyline, amoxapine, clomipramine,, medicines used for heart problems: digoxin,,anti-asthma : ipratropium,,pain killers: ibuprofen, naproxen.

Drug-Food Interactions: Alcohol should not be taken along with Dicyclomine 10 mg + activated dimethicone 40 mg to avoid unpleasant side effects.

Drug-Disease Interactions: Dicyclomine 10 mg + activated dimethicone 40 mg is contraindicated if you have liver, kidney problems, irregular heartbeat, glaucoma,,muscle weakness,, gastroesophageal reflux,,hypertension, hyperthyroidism, benign prostate hyperplasia.

In case you notice some plenty diarrhea or blood in you stools or having kidney complicatons then immediatly consult with you doctor .

Talk to your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant or if you are a breastfeed mother.
