Potassium citrate 1100 mg + magnesium citrate 375 mg is raises the urinary pH, potassium, magnesium and citric acid levels; this prevents the crystallisation of stone-forming salts.

Drink plenty of fluids as they help in flushing out excess minerals.,,Limit intake of salt. and high amounts of salt can increase the risk of kidney stones.
