Menthol is a cooling agent that produces a cooling sensation and provides relief from minor throat irritation.

Drug-Disease Interaction: Diphenhydramine 14.08 mg + ammonium chloride 138 mg + trisodium citrate 57.03 mg + menthol 1.14 mg may contraindicated with several conditions,if you have asthma, glaucoma, bladder problems,,prostate problems,,liver or kidney disease.

If you miss a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not double doses.

Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or planning for baby and if you have a breast feeding baby , but should be taken only after consulting a doctor.
