Kepime Sb 1000mg 500mg Injection is an antibiotic medicine that belongs to the cephalosporin class. It is used to kill bacteria and treat symptoms of conditions like:
Cefoperazone kills bacteria by damaging their protective cell walls, which causes the bacteria to die. Sulbactam blocks bacterial enzymes that normally destroy antibiotics, helping cefoperazone work better. Together, they stop bacterial growth and clear the infection effectively.

Kepime Sb 1000mg 500mg Injection is a combination injectable antibiotic used to treat serious bacterial infections such as pneumonia, urinary tract infections, abdominal, skin, vaginal, bone, and blood infections. This medicine works by rupturing bacteria’s skin (cell wall) and inhibiting the action of bacteria’s protective enzymes, making the treatment more effective. It is usually given in hospitals as an injection by a doctor or nurse. Common side effects of this medicine are nausea, diarrhea, rash, and injection-site pain, while serious reactions like allergies, liver problems, or bleeding may occur rarely. People allergic to antibiotics, people with liver or kidney disease, pregnancy, and breastfeeding, should inform their doctor before use.
