Ibiflo 250 Nexhaler is a pulmonary medicine that belongs to the class of inhaled corticosteroids and long-acting bronchodilators. It is used to prevent and treat symptoms of conditions like:
Ibiflo 250 Nexhaler make breathing easier in two ways. First, formoterol fumarate relaxes the muscles of the airways, allowing more air to flow through them. Second, fluticasone propionate reduces swelling, irritation, and mucus inside the lungs. In this way, this medication helps prevent inflammation, breathing problems, asthma attacks, and COPD flare-ups.

📌 Severe Heart Problems
Avoid if you have u heart conditions like irregular heartbeat, very high blood pressure, or heart rhythm disorders because Formoterol may worsen these issues.

Avoid using it during untreated infections like tuberculosis, severe fungal, or bacterial lung infections, as steroids (Fluticasone) can make infections worse.

Ibiflo 250 Nexhaler inhalers have no major food interactions, so you can use them with or without food. Try to avoid too much caffeine (like excessive coffee or energy drinks) because it can increase shakiness or heart rate. Also avoid drinking too much alcohol, as it may cause dizziness or make breathing slightly uncomfortable. Always rinse your mouth after using the inhaler to prevent mouth infections.
Avoid taking Ibiflo 250 Nexhaler with the following medicines, as it may increase or decrease the desired effect, or in worse cases, it could be fatal:

Fluticasone furoate: (6α,11β,16α,17α)-6,9-Difluoro-11-hydroxy-16-methyl-3-oxo-17-(1-oxopropoxy) androsta-1,4-diene-17-carbothioic acid, S-(fluoromethyl) ester 2-furoate.

Ibiflo 250 Nexhaler is a combination inhaler used to prevent and control symptoms of asthma and COPD, including chronic bronchitis and emphysema. This inhaler should not be used by people who are allergic to its ingredients, those with severe heart rhythm problems, active lung infections like tuberculosis, serious untreated fungal or viral infections, or severe milk protein allergy. This inhaler is not meant for sudden breathing attacks or emergency breathing problems because of its slower action and it is best to use daily to prevent any emergency s. Overuse may cause tremors, fast heartbeat, dizziness, or high blood pressure, so medical help is needed if these occur. Always rinse your mouth after use to prevent fungal infection, and inform your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking other medicines.
