Drug-drug interaction- Insulin neutral 40 iu / 1 ml | 10 ml Injection may interact with antidiabetic medications such as thiazolidinediones (rosiglitazone and pioglitazone) and increase the risk of heart failure. It may also interact with antibiotics (levofloxacin, norfloxacin, and ofloxacin, etc), antidepressants, medications to treat high blood pressure (enalapril, lisinopril, captopril, losartan, valsartan, propranolol, and metoprolol), diuretics, medications used to treat heart diseases and cause hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). Drug-Food Interactions: Try to avoid alcoholic beverages with Insulin neutral 40 iu Injection as it may alter your blood glucose levels. Drug-Disease Interactions: Inform your doctor if you have kidney disease, liver disease, low blood sugar level (hypoglycemia), and low potassium level (hypokalaemia).
contraindications
It is advised to avoid alcohol intake since it may worsen the side effects and increase the risk of developing low blood sugar levels. It is advised to use insulin neutral 40 iu injection in pregnancy only if the benefit outweighs the risk. Please consult your doctor before starting insulin neutral 40 iu Injection if you are pregnant or planning to conceive.It should be used in breastfeeding mothers only if clinically needed.

Inform your doctor if you develop symptoms such as abdominal pain, loss of appetite, or yellowing of the eyes or skin (jaundice).Tell your doctor immediately if you experience any deep or rapid breathing or if you have persistent nausea, vomiting, and stomach pain as Glimepiride + Metformin may cause a rare but serious condition called lactic acidosis, which is an excess of lactic acid in the blood.

Inject Insulin neytral 40 IU Injection subcutaneously (under the skin) in the abdomen, thigh or upper arm. Use a different place on the body every time you give an injection to prevent damage to your skin. You can take this Injection 15 minutes before a meal or immediately after food.
