simethicone 40 mg + dill oil na na + fennel oil is a combination of medicine which is used for Gastrointestinal disorders.

Bloating,,Constipation,,Heartburn,,Dizziness,,Diarrhoea

Warning : Consult your doctor if you are allergic reaction after intake of dil oil ,fennel oil or simethicone. inform your doctor if you have already renal complications, then the dose may be adjusted by doctors.

Drug-Drug Interaction: Simethicone 40 mg + dill oil na na + fennel oil is contraindicated with other medicines like anti-thyroid drugs: levothyroxine,levothyroxine.

Drug-Food Interaction: Simethicone 40 mg + dill oil na na + fennel oil should not taken with alcohol. It may serious side effects .

Drug-Disease Interaction: Consult your doctor if you have kidney or liver problems: hepatitis, jaundice.

If you miss a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not double doses.

Talk to your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant or if you are a breastfeed mother.

Store this medicine at room temperature, away from sunlight and moisture.

Shake the bottle well before using them. The drops can be mixed with 2 tablespoons of water to make administration easier or take as advised by your doctor.
