This drug contain Tamsulosin 0.4 mg + dutasteride 0.5 mg.

Tamsulosin makes it easy to pass urine by relaxing the prostate gland muscles.,,Dutasteride reduces the size of the enlarged prostate gland by lowering the production of dihydrotestosterone hormone, thereby relieving the symptoms of urinary incontinence that minimises the need for prostate surgery and the risk of acute urinary retention.

Treatment of Benign prostatic hyperplasia.

Tamsulosin hydrochloride and Dutasteride is used primarily in treating the enlarged prostate gland.

Impotence (not able to achieve or maintain an erection),,Decreased sex drive,,Difficulty with ejaculation,,Breast enlargement or tenderness(gynecomastia),,Dizziness

Warning: Consult your doctor, if you have low blood pressure, which makes you feel dizzy, lightheaded or faint, glaucoma.,,Tamsulosin 0.4 mg + dutasteride 0.5 mg is should be taken 30 minutes after a meal.

Drug-Drug Interactions: Tamsulosin 0.4 mg + dutasteride 0.5 mg is contraindicated with medicines used to help achieve or maintain an erection: vardenafil,sildenafil citrate,tadalafil,,high blood pressure: verapamil,diltiazem,,anti-HIV: ritonavir, indinavir,,blood thinners: warfarin,,antibiotics: erythromycin,,NSAIDs: diclofenac.

Drug-Food Interactions: Tamsulosin 0.4 mg + dutasteride 0.5 mg is interact along with alcohol.

Drug-Disease Interactions: Tamsulosin 0.4 mg + dutasteride 0.5 mg should not be given to the patients with eye problems: glaucoma or cataract,,liver/kidney disease, hypotension: low blood pressure.

if you notice shortness of breath, extreme tiredness and swelling in your ankles and legs.,consult your doctor immediately.

Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or planning for baby and if you have a breast feeding baby , but should be taken only after consulting a doctor.

Store this medicine at room temperature, away from sunlight and moisture.
