This is a drug used in peptic ulcers or acid reflux. ie. Levosulpiride 75 mg + esomeprazole 40 mg .

Levosulpiride is a prokinetic which works by increasing the release of acetylcholine. This increases the movement of stomach and intestines, and prevents acid going up to the food pipe.Esomeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). Proton pumps are enzymes found in the stomach lining that aid in the production of acid needed for digestion. Esomeprazole impairs the function of proton pumps. This decreases the quantity of acid produced by the stomach.

Esomeprazole and levosulpride is a combination used to treat Acid reflux and peptic ulcer disease by relieving the symptoms of acidity such as heartburn, stomach pain, or irritation.

Warning: Consult your doctor right away if you develop decreased urination,edema,lower back pain,nausea,fatigue,and rash or fever. These could be signs of a kidney problem.

Drug-Drug Interactions: Esomeprazole and levosulpride is may interact with a blood thinner: warfarin,, anti-cancer: methotrexate,,cardiac glycoside: digoxin,,immunosuppressant: mycophenolate mofetil, tacrolimus,, antibiotic: amoxicillin, clarithromycin.

Drug-Food Interactions: During intake of esomeprazole and levosulpride please Avoid spicy ,oily and fried food.

Drug-Disease Interactions: Please Inform your doctor if you have gastrointestinal bleeding,,intestinal obstruction,,epilepsy,,mania,,high levels of prolactin,,bone fractures,,low levels of magnesium.low level of vitamin b 12.

Esomeprazole and levosulpride should be taken one hour before a meal, preferably in the morning.Before taking this medicine, you need to confirm your doctor if you have liver problems.

Talk to your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant or if you are a breastfeed mother.

Store this medicine at room temperature, away from sunlight and moisture.

Swallow the tablets whole, do not crush or chew.,,Follow your doctor's instructions for adjusting your dose.
