Drug-Disease Interaction: Nicotinamide 200 mg + folic acid 15 mg + cyanocobalamin 5e-04 mg is contraindicated with difficulty absorbing nutrition from food,,bleeding disorders,,diabetes,,gout,,liver/kidney diseases,,stomach ulcers,,and allergic reactions to medicines.
