Clobetasol is a corticosteroids.,,It blocks prostaglandins production that cause symptoms of skin infections such as redness, swelling and itching.,,Miconazole is an antifungal agent that works by causing holes in the fungal cell membranes and kills fungi.,,Neomycin is an antibiotic. It prevents the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.

Clobetasol propionate 0.05 % + neomycin 0.5 % + miconazole 2 % + chlorocresol 0.1 % is an anti-infectives ointment.,,It is used to treat swelling, itching, and redness caused due to bacterial or fungal skin infections

Drug drug interaction : Clobetasol propionate 0.05 % + neomycin 0.5 % + miconazole 2 % + chlorocresol 0.1 % may interact with blood thinners: warfarin,dicumarol,,antidiabetic drug: metformin,,antibiotics: bacitracin, polymyxin b,,diuretic: furosemide.

Drug-Food Interactions: Clobetasol propionate 0.05 % + neomycin 0.5 % + miconazole 2 % + chlorocresol 0.1 % is may interact with grapefruit and grapefruit juice.

Drug-Disease Interactions: Clobetasol propionate 0.05 % + neomycin 0.5 % + miconazole 2 % + chlorocresol 0.1 % may contraindicated with viral infections, adrenal gland and liver problems.

Please use mild soap while taking baths and prefer warm baths.,,Avoid getting in contact with harsh soaps, detergents and rough fabrics.

Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or planning for baby and if you have a breast feeding baby , but should be taken only after consulting a doctor.

Store this medicine at room temperature, away from sunlight and moisture.

The cream should be applied in a thin layer and gently massaged into the skin.
