Drug-Disease Interactions: Calcium carbonate 500 mg + calcitriol 0.00025 mg + zinc 7.5 mg may contraindicated with myeloma,,bone metastases,,primary hyperparathyroidism,,Nephrolithiasis/nephrocalcinosis,,Renal failure,,Hypervitaminosis D.
