This drug contain Betamethasone 0.5 mg.

Betamethasone is works by acting inside skin cells and inhibits the release of certain chemical messengers in the body that cause redness, itching, and swelling.

Drug-Drug Interaction: Betamethasone oral antidiabetic drugs or insulin,,non-steroidal,,anti-inflammatory drugs: aspirin,,ibuprofen,,blood thinners: warfarin,,medicines for high blood pressure,,cardiac glycosides,,diuretics,,medicines used to treat glaucoma: acetazolamide,,central nervous system stimulant: ephedrine,,antituberculosis drugs: rifabutin,,rifampicin,,anticonvulsants: phenobarbitone, phenytoin, carbamazepine, aminoglutethimide, primidone,,growth hormone: somatropin,,antiacne :tretinoin,,antipsychotics: quetiapine,,fluoroquinolones antibiotics,,oral contraceptive,,antifungal,,anti-asthma drug.

If you miss a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not double doses.

Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or planning for baby and if you have a breast feeding baby , but should be taken only after consulting a doctor.

Store this medicine at room temperature, away from sunlight and moisture.

Swallow the tablets/capsule whole, do not crush or chew.,,Follow your doctor's instructions for adjusting your dose.
