This is an antihistamine and anticholinergic drug ie Pheniramine 25 mg .

Pheniramine 25 mg is an antihistamine that works by blocking the action of histamine, a chemical that is responsible for causing allergic reactions. It binds to histamine receptors in the body, preventing histamine from binding and causing symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, and itching.

Pheniramine 25 mg is an antihitamine drug is used to prevent or treat allergic reactions like hay fever or common cold or the upper respiratory allergies caused external allergens.

Dwowsiness,,dizziness,,headache,,blurred vision,,upset stomach,,dry mouth,,nausea,,dry nose and throat.

Drug food interaction : Grapefruit :This citrus interferes with how the body. It's most commonly known to increase the absorption of medicine into the bloodstream,resulting in a higher concentration of the drug and increasing your risk for liver damage and muscle breakdown.,,Dairy products such as milk,yogurt and cheese,can alter the effectiveness of antibiotics.Dairy is a rich source of calcium,which interferes with some antibiotics and iron supplements,preventing their absorption and causing a less active circulation in the bloodstream.avoid green,leafy veggies because vitamin k is found in greeny leaf and decrease the medicines ability to prevent blood clots.

Drug disease interaction : If you have high blood pressure, an enlarged prostate gland,coronary artery disease,glaucoma(increased pressure in the eye),kidney or liver problems,asthma, inform your doctor before taking pheniramine.

if you miss a dose,take it as soon as you remember.if it is near the time of the next dose,skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule . Do not double the dose to catch up.
