Aga Dt Tablet is an oral medicine belonging to the category of 5-alpha reductase inhibitors and is used for the treatment of enlarged prostate (benign prostate hyperplasia)
Aga Dt Tablet works by blocking the enzyme 5‑alpha reductase, which normally converts testosterone into dihydrotestosterone (DHT), a hormone that enlarges the prostate gland and also causes hair loss. This suppression of the enzyme shrinks enlarged prostates, improves urinary flow, and slows male‑pattern baldness progression.

Aga Dt Tablet is used for urinary problems in men only, and the evidence of its use in pregnancy shows birth genital defects in male children. So, always consult a doctor before using it.
