Af150 Tablet is an antifungal medicine, composed of fluconazole. It works by blocking an enzyme needed to make ergosterol, a key part of the fungal cell membrane. Af150 Tablet is an antifungal medicine. It blocks an enzyme called 14 demethylase, which is useful to form ergosterol. Ergosterol is an essential part of the fungal cell membrane. Without it, the membrane becomes weak and leaky. This stops the fungus from growing and forming new cells.
