Aciclovir is an antiviral drug and it works by stopping the spead of the herpes virus in the body.

Chickenpox/cold sores/genital herpes

Aciclovir is an antiviral medicine. it is primarily used for the treatment of herpes simplex virus infections,chickenpox.

Red and purple spots on skin/nausea/vomiting/diarrhea/headache

Warning: Do not take aciclovir tablet if you are allergic to aciclovir.

Drug-drug interaction- There are some drugs which interact with Bupiropion/Dichlorphenamide/Fexinidazole/Foscarnet/Leflunoide/Nitisinone/Teriflunomide. Drug-food interaction- Do not consume nuts,chicken breast,pumpkin seeds,chickenpeas,soybeans,dairy products during intake of Aciclovir. Drug disease interaction- Do not take aciclovir tablets in condition ie Renal dysfunction,neurotoxicity,dehydration.

if yor are pregnant or planning to have a baby , please ask your doctor for advice before taking aciclovir tablets.if you are a nursing mother please ask your doctor for advice before taking aciclovir tablets.

Please do not skip any dose of aciclovir and finish the full dose of aciclovir even if you feel better.

Do regular exercise such as cyclingbody walkingbody joggingbody dancing or swimming for a minimum of 30 minutes per day. Invest at least 150 minutes of your week in exercise.Avoid consumption of alcohol and quit smoking.

Keep this medicine out of the sight and reach of children.

Swallow it as a whole with water; do not crush, break or chew it.
