This drug contain Acebrophylline 200 mg.

Acebrophylline 200 mg is works by relaxing muscles and widening the airways of the lungs. Acebrophylline is acts as mucolytic agent and helps in thinning and loosening mucus in lungs, windpipe and nose. It helps to cough out easily and makes breathing easier by opening airways.

Acebrophylline 200 mg is known as bronchodilators. acebrophylline is used to prevent and treat symptoms of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

Drug-Drug Interaction: Acebrophylline is may interact with diuretics: furosemide,,medicines used to treat gout: allopurinol,,antacid: cimetidine,,antibiotics:ciprofloxacin,,erythromycin,,amoxicillin,,doxycycline,,Antihypertensive drug: diltiazem, verapamil,,heart-related medicines: isoprenaline,,anthelmintic: thiabendazole,,corticosteroids: prednisone,,oral contraceptives: ethinylestradiol.

Drug-Food Interaction: Acebrophylline is may interact with alcohol. Please,avoid intake of alcohol with Acebrophylline it may increase drowsiness.

Drug-Disease Interaction: Acebrophylline is contraindicated with disease like low blood pressure,,irregular heartbeats,,had a heart attack,,kidney or liver diseases,,hyperthyroidism,,irregular heartbeats,,viral infections, heart failure, high blood pressure, fits, gastric or duodenal ulcers, heart diseases.

If you miss a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not double doses.

Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or planning for baby and if you have a breast feeding baby , but should be taken only after consulting a doctor.

Store this medicine at room temperature, away from sunlight and moisture.

Swallow the tablets/capsule whole, do not crush or chew.,,Follow your doctor's instructions for adjusting your dose.
