Pregnancy

Avoid high-fat meals and dairy products while taking this medicine, as they may increase bloating or worsen abdominal discomfort. Take it on an empty stomach or at bedtime for best results. Drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol or caffeine to prevent dehydration.
