This drug contain Lindane 1 % + cetrimide 0.1 %

Lindane 1 % and cetrimide 0.1% is works by exerting an antiseptic and antiparasitic effect, killing mites and lice and thereby relieving the affected skin of any pain, discomfort or itch.

lindane 1 % + cetrimide 0.1 % is used to treat scabies.,,It is also used to kill head lice.

Drug-Drug Interactions: Lindane 1 % + cetrimide 0.1 % is may interact with an anti-depressant: bupropion,,antipsychotics: risperidone,olanzapine,prochlorperazine,,analgesic: methocarbamol,,immunosuppressants: cyclosporine, tacrolimus,,antibiotic:ampicillin, ciprofloxacin, imipenem,,anti-TB drug: isoniazid and theophylline.

Drug-Food Interactions: Lindane 1 % + cetrimide 0.1 % may interact with Vitamin-E and Vitamin-E rich foods such as nuts.

Drug-Disease Interactions: Lindane 1 % + cetrimide 0.1 % may be contraindicated in hypersensitivity disorder,,liver disease,,epilepsy,,seizure disorder,,cancer,,HIV/AIDS,,scabies,,psoriasis,,atopic dermatitis.

Consul your doctor if you use any other topical ointment before using Lindane 1 % + cetrimide 0.1 %.

Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or planning for baby and if you have a breast feeding baby , but should be taken only after consulting a doctor.

Store this medicine at room temperature, away from sunlight and moisture.

The cream should be applied in a thin layer and gently massaged into the skin.
